LAW enforcement agencies should expedite investigation into the Ndola-Sakania-Mufulira Road contract to establish how the K300 million paid towards the project was used, Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development, Charles Milupi has said.Mr Milupi, who was on the Copperbelt, Luapula, and Northern Provinces to inspect roads projects, said Government had disbursed huge sums of money towards the project and Zambians had the right to know how the public funds were utilized.“I call upon the security wings to quicken the pace of the investigation so that we can know to whom the money was paid to and for what reason,” Mr Milupi said.He said the new dawn government is in a hurry to repair the roads and that this could only be achieved through prudent use of public resources.
