THE Honey Bee expired drugs and leaking condoms case against former Health Minister Chitalu Chilufya and others has been turned into a conspiracy and fraud matter.Now Dr Chilufya, his former Permanent Secretary Caroline Mulalelo Kakulubelwa and HoneyBee directors have been arraigned for conspiracy and fraud involving US$17,958,150.00, to which they have pleaded not guilty.
