By NATION REPORTERPRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema’s tour of Alpha Commodities Limited, a company in controversies over fertiliser procurement and delivery scandals is confirmation that the Head of State is either compromised or is under state capture, Harry Kalaba has said.Mr Kalaba, the president of Citizens’ First said President Hichilema has finally unveiled himself as a man who had either been colonised by a cartel of business corporations or was condoning corruption.Mr Kalaba stated that it had become apparent that the Head of State was not only colonised by the big and multinational corporations but by Zambian business executives, some of whom were his friends and doing business with the UPND government.He said in an interview that it was not surprising that the Head of State decided to pay a courtesy call on Alpha Commodities Limited because Zambians were aware that the owner of the company, was an associate of Mr Hichilema.Government has this farming season awarded […]
