By NATION REPORTERFORMER Attorney General Likando Kalaluka has been arrested.Mr Kalaluka was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) yesterday on one count of consipiring to defraud government in the manner Honeybee Pharmacy was awarded the contract to supply health kits, contrary to section 313 of the Penal Code.Mr Kalaluka has been arrested for allegedly allowing the procurement of health kits by Honeybee after the sole supplier at the time , Mission Pharma stopped supplying and delivering the medical supplies.Honeybee had accepted to supply the government even without receiving upfront payment.
