By GIDEON NYENDWALAWYER Tutwa Ngulube was left fuming over the conduct by the police to detain and subsequently transporting Patriotic Front (PF) presidential hopeful Chishimba Kambwili to Kasama for alleged tribal remarks which actually reflected the reality on the ground.Mr Ngulube said the voting remarks were on record and could not be denied because strongholds voted in favour of their political identity.Mr Ngulube however said it was unfortunate that his client was detained while police were trying to play the usual games where they arrest and transport members of the opposition at midnight to far-flung places where they did not even have relatives and abandon them there.He said that his client was stating facts as the patterns had clearly indicated what Mr Kambwili was highlighting.
