By NAMO PHIRIGOVERNMENT should reduce taxes on local businesses to encourage more people to venture into business, Mandevu Member of Parliament Christoper Shakafuswa has advised.Mr Shakafuswa said the situation where business is becoming difficult for local people while the standard of living is becoming high needs quick intervention.He added that Government needs to make a favourable environment for local businesses to thrive.Mr Shakafuswa said the situation where foreign companies are being given tax holidays at the expense of Zambians is unfortunate.Mr Shakafuswa has called on Government to encourage more people to venture into various businesses by reducing on tax.
