By SILUMESI MALUMOTHE impasse between Director of Public Prosecutions Lilian Siyuni and Drug Enforcement Commission Director General Mary Chirwa is a political battle because they are both inclined to different political parties, Economic Front party president, Wynter Kabimba, has said.Mr Kabimba said the two are appointed by different political leaders, therefore, they cannot move in the same lane.He said if the two were all appointed by President Hakainde Hichilema the current situation would not have been there.He said for people appointed by a political leader, it is obvious that their loyalty is to the appointing authority.Mr Kabimba indicated that in this case, Ms Siyunis and Ms Chirwa each owed their loyalty to different political leaders.
