Chief Ntambu of the Lunda People in Mwinilunga district of Northwestern province has threatened to commence procedures to have his chiefdom realigned to the neighboring Kalumbila district if his chiefdom continues being what he terms sidelined.Chief Ntambu laments that for a long time now his chiefdom has been sidelined in government’s development activities at district level for unexplained reasons which is making his Royal Establishment to feel no longer part of the district.He cited the allocation of nine health posts to the district out of which none was given to his chiefdom when other chiefdoms in the area received more than two.“We feel we are not part of this district any more .
