Lusaka lawyers says constitution needs clean upLusaka lawyer Sakwiba Sikota says there is need to clean up the Zambian constitution to address lacunas.Mr. Sikota further says that various parts of the constitution should be looked at and cleaned up to address challenges that the country has experienced the past few years.Mr Sikota says there is need for people to be engaged and sensitized through aggressive advocacy to let people know what the issues are so that they can make decisions on well-grounded facts.He adds that for the referendum to succeed, there should be a huge turnout which can only be achieved through strong sensitization. – MILLENNIUM TV
