By GIDEON NYENDWA IT is disappointing that the United Prosperous and Productive Zambia (UPPZ) president, Mr Charles Chanda has decided to sue Grizzly Mining Limited for grading a road that passes through his area on account of trespassing.The Emerald and Semi Precious Stone Mining Association of Zambia (ESMAZ) president Victor Kalesha said that the association was disappointed by Mr. Chanda’s decision to sue Grizzly Mining Limited for grading a road in his area on account of trespassing.Mr Kalesha said that the Shombe road in Lufwanyama has been in existence since 1966 and no one had ever worked on it.He said that it was unfortunate that the UPPZ leader had started attacking a company that was bringing development in the area.“We are very disappointed,” he said.
