By ADRIAN MWANZATHE UPND should stop using surrogates in trying to hound Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Lillian Siyuni out of office, PF aspiring president Emmanuel Mwamba has said.Mr Mwamba said that it was evident that the ruling party was using surrogates to try to hound Ms Siyuni out of her office.Mr Mwamba said that it was clear that these were well tailored schemes by surrogates to frustrate Ms Siyuni.“These are schemes by surrogates of the UPND that have been used to report Ms Siyuni to the Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) over a court matter which is very malicious.
