By SILUMESI MALUMOFORMER Religious Affairs Minister Godfridah Sumaili has appealed to Zambians to pray to God for the prolonged drought to end.Reverend Sumaili said it is important that all Zambians unite and humble themselves before God.She said the prolonged dry spell is not ordinary as it requires spiritual intervention.“With humility and great reverence we the people of Zambia unite as we ask the maker of rains to open the heavens and pour out the rains. We repent of our sins, transgressions and iniquity.
