By ADRIAN MWANZACHISHIMBA Kambwili does not qualify to contest the PF presidency for as long as he has no position in the party structures, Rainbow Party President Wynter Kabimba has said.Mr Kabimba who is a lawyer and former PF Secretary General said if PF went to the general convention today, Mr Chishimba could not attend, let alone contest the position of president because he does not hold any position in the party.He said Mr Kambwili was ineligible just as Mr Kelvin Bwalya Fube was not because he was not a delegate of the party and that was the rule.He said it was unfortunate but people pushing for his presidency needed to know that he was not eligible.“If PF goes to a general conference today and that is most important, Chishimba Kambwili does not qualify to attend that meeting because he does not hold any position in the party despite being popular,” he said.Mr Kabimba said […]
