‘SINGLE BULLET KILLED NSAMA, KAUNDA’By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAA Ballistics expert has told the Lusaka High Court that State prosecutor Nsama Nsama Chipyoka and UPND member Joseph Kaunda were killed by the same bullet.Assistant Superintendent Daniel Banda, who serves as a Ballistics expert at the Police Service headquarters forensic sciences department also identified an AK47 rifle serial number EN2650, cartilage and bullet used in the act.This is in a matter where 25-year-old police officer, Fanwell Nyundu, is accused of shooting dead Mr Nsama and Mr Kaunda.The two victims were killed last December when President Hakainde Hichilema, as opposition leader then, appeared for questioning at the Police Service headquarters over a farm in he acquired in Kalomo.In a testimony that lasted for about seven hours, the Ballistics expert stated that the characteristics of the entry wound on Mr Kaunda were similar to that of the exit wound on Mr Nsama in dimension and general shape.” I concluded […]
