PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema will tomorrow travel to to UK to attend the 26th session of the Conference of Parties (COP26) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)President Hakainde Hichilema writes below…We have met with Chief Mungaila of the Illa People of Namwala’s Maala area in Southern Province.
