By KALOBWE BWALYAEDUCATION will never be compromised as is is a priority for the new government, says Vice-President Mutale Nalumango.She said Government would always support institutions that were intending to upgrade a university. Ms Nalumango explained that Government would ensure quality education was guaranteed at all levels of learning. She was speaking when a team from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) governing council paid a courtesy call on her at her office yesterday.She said Government would ensure that every Zambian has access to education. She urged the council and NIPA management to strengthen relationships with various industries to establish priorities. Meanwhile, NIPA Governing Council chairperson Mary Ngoma stressed that the council had embraced change while acknowledging the Presidential pronouncement of executing duties professionally.Professor Ngoma said she was confident that Government would continue with the national School of Governance within NIPA to train and retrain civil servants.
