UPND fertiliser propaganda exposedBy NATION REPORTERTHE UPND has recruited scores of operatives in Eastern Province to apparently cheat illiterate farmers, especially women that the price of fertiliser and other farming inputs will only reduce when they vote for its leader, Mr Hakainde Hichilema.They are even teaching women on how to mark the ballot paper in favour of the opposition, but Patriotic Front (PF) provincial secretary Joseph Kolosa said the operatives would not succeed.Mr Kolosa said the party would not allow cheap propaganda schemes from UPND as they will go flat out to counteract their lies and thwart the operatives.The propaganda exercise is allegedly being spearheaded by former a known former Member of Parliament.A reliable source within the UPND told the Daily Nation that hundreds of people had been hired to lie to the electorate that once Mr Hichilema forms Government on August 12, he would immediately lower the price for the 50-kg bag of fertiliser […]
