By NATION REPORTERTHE barbaric circumstances of the killing of PF North-Western Province chairperson, Jackson Kungo by criminal elements who attacked him is unacceptable, President-elect Hakainde Hichilema has said.Mr Hichilema said he received the news of the death of Mr. Kungo with utter shock and disbelief.
