By MICHAEL MIYOBAZAMBIA’S sole representative at the 2020 Japan Paralympic Games Monica Munga was yesterday a happy person after Hitachi Construction Machinery Zambia gifted her with sports equipment and other support stuff ahead of the games scheduled to run from August 24 to September 5.Monica Munga will compete in the T30 400m dash after qualifying for the event back in 2019.During the send-off and the presentation of sports equipment, Japanese Ambassador to Zambia Mizuuchi Ryuta said he was confident that the Zambian envoy would demonstrate her skill and talent like the Copper Queens.“I’m sure she is motivated after receiving this support. She will certainly inspire many people both young and old and send a strong message that disability is not inability,” Ryuta said.The ambassador who handed over the sports equipment said the City of Asahi was ready to host Munga.
