By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSARETIRED Zambia Air Force (ZAF) Commander Eric Chimese has been sued by a Lusaka resident alleging that he has refused to change ownership of a property despite payment of an agreed sum of US$65, 000.Mr Charle Chigwedere wants the Lusaka High Court to compel Lieutenant-General Chimese to complete the change of ownership into his name by way of signing the deed of assignment relating to stand no.
