By ANDREW MUKOMALivingstone tourism destination has called youths in the tourist capital to use their time in developing the talent of art and craft that will enable them provide for their families.Public relations officer, Dorothy Tembo said there was a lot of talent which went untapped because many youths were just involved in beer drinking and other disruptive activities.Ms Tembo said the Livingstone destination offers an opportunity to empower the youth and currently 21 artistes have been empowered.Meanwhile, the artistes that had benefited from the empowerment noted they had been able to make serious profit from their art and craft.They said that due to the covid-19 pandemic, business for them was slow as international tourists were not visiting the country.
