By NOEL IYOMBWAA NUMBER of teachers in schools have tested positive for coronavirus and some of them have died, the National Action for Quality Education (NAQEZ) has disclosed. NAQEZ director Aaron Chansa has therefore called on the Ministry of Health to be inspecting schools and ensure that preventive measures are adhered to once schools reopen after 21 days.He also called on the corporate world to consider donating hand sanitisers to schools.And NAQEZ has accepted the closure of schools but advised the Ministry of General Education to change the curriculum and handle this year’s exams differently by removing subjects to be covered.Speaking in an interview, Mr Chansa welcomed the move by Government to close schools amid the rising cases of Covid-19.
