EXHAUST all communication channels before engaging the head of State, Ministry of Information Permanent Secretary Amos Malupenga has advised the Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ).Mr. Malupenga said he was aware that the association had written to President Edgar Lungu seeking audience over their grievances.He, however, said there was no need for the association to write to the President because their matter is an administrative issue that Government is attending to in an effective manner.In an interview, Mr. Malupenga said the meeting between Government and the RDAZ will be conducted on the basis that Dr Brian Sampa is not part of it because his practicing licence has been suspended.
