By ANDREW MUKOMA LIVINGSTONE residents have been urged not to drop guard on the health protocols given by health experts in view of the rising cases of Covid-19 in the countryMutinta Marimba Mwanamwalye, the Livingstone District Commissioner observed that some residents had stopped adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines.Ms Mwanamwalye said Livingstone residents must not relent in adhering to the guidelines because the third wave had set in and numbers were rising every day.She said in Livingstone that a team from the District Health Office and Livingstone City Council was on the ground to sensitise residents on the pandemic.“People had relaxed but the officers from health are working round the clock to ensure people adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines,” Ms Mwanamwalye said.Meanwhile, Ms Mwanamwalye announced that the construction of the Intercity Bus Terminus in Livingstone has been completed.She said that the facility was awaiting the official commissioning by President Edgar Lungu this month.“When we came two weeks […]
