By NATION REPORTERTHE Zambia Sugar Company has flagged off the cane crushing season for 2021/2022.The event which took place on Thursday, April 29 was commissioned by Southern Province Permanent Secretary (PS), Joyce Bwacha Nsamba.Ms. Nsamba observed that the commissioning of the Nakambala factory was an annual event taking place every April and was very significant.MS. Nsamba remarked, “This event marks an important event not only on the calendar of Zambia Sugar business but the country’s entire sugar industry, in general”.She encouraged Zambia Sugar to support foreign exchange revenue generation through growing its sugar exports.
