Dear Editor, FIRST and foremost, it is extremely disappointing to have a Member of Parliament or any leader blaming the government and the President for lack of development in their area more especially if such an individual is coming from the ruling party.One would expect that Patriotic Front Members of Parliament, Councillors and so on would have it easy to access Government resources compared to their colleagues from the opposition, so people will actually expect a better performance in an area which is under a member of the ruling party.If anything, one has an alternative of engaging other stakeholders such as the business sector and partner with them for projects in their area other than depending on Government coffers.
