Speaking during the official handover ceremony in Bauleni compound, Zambian breweries country director Jose Moran said access to safe water and sanitation facilities was critical to stop the spread of cholera and waterborne diseases, therefore the 30,000-litre water bowser would help many townships in Lusaka to have access to safe clean water. Mr Moran said the water bowser would be ferrying water from LWSC sites to selected townships in Lusaka.
