Thu, 14 Feb 2013 14:47:36 +0000 JUSTICE Minister Wynter Kabimba has no moral right and lacks a conscience in demanding for the removal of immunity of the former President Rupiah Banda, says Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) executive director Pukuta Mwanza. In an interview Reverend Mwanza said that Mr. Kabimba was facing allegations of corruption by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and therefore it was hypocritical and immoral of him to talk about the corruption involving Mr Banda when he had refused to be investigated. Rev. Mwanza said that it was shocking to hear Mr. Kabimba supporting calls to have Mr. Banda’s immunity removed and advocating to take the matter to parliament.
