Ms Wina said this when she called on Senior Chief Ananganga Imwiko at his palace in Lukulu District in Western Province. She noted that the connection of Lukulu and Mitete districts in Western Province to the national electricity grid would boost industrial development in the two districts. The Vice President said the provision of electricity would bring opportunities to the two districts and improve the welfare of citizens. “The people of Lukulu are well known for fish farming and should use the electricity to develop the sector,” Ms Wina said And Senior Chief Imwiko thanked government for connecting Lukulu and Mitete to the electricity grid, describing the development as historic.
