Ms Siliya who is Chief government spokesperson said this yesterday in Lusaka during the Media breakfast at Southern sun hotel. Ms Siliya said if not properly used, social media could impact on national values of love and forgiveness. “Good manners should assist us isolate those who wish our country to degenerate into a pit of insults in the name of politics,” she said.
