If they think they will develop the area alone they are daydreaming. Let them come to terms with the fact the PF is in control. If they don’t want to accept this, then let them take development to PF strongholds. Please, UPND MP’s, HH will never rule Zambia. Dr. Hamukale, don’t force them, just keep working and leave them be.
