Mr. Chiboboka said his office would soon engage the Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Tourism and Arts on plans to transform Kabwata Cultural Village beyond a national heritage and tourist site to a learning institution for arts, culture and crafts. In an interview at the weekend, the civic leader said the institution would offer learning opportunities in theoretical as well as practical courses in art, culture and crafts. He expressed hope that the project would popularise arts, culture and crafts and equip learners with the necessary skills.
