Mr Kapita said President Edgar Lungu was determined to deliver development to all parts of Zambia even where he was not voted for. He said President Lungu wanted the much talked about Solwezi-Chingola road to be completed by August this year because it was a road with economic benefit. “That partnership should be maintained and strengthened because that is the only way development will be brought closer to the people,” he said. Mr Kapita said this when he paid courtesy calls on senior chiefs Mukumbi and Musele at their respective palaces during his familiarization tour of Kalumbila district yesterday.
