Why do they feel so happy to issue statements about villagers caught with cannabis and yet do absolutely nothing when huge amounts of money are externalised by rich people, such as those running Saturnia Pension Fund Menel Management which sent K400million outside the country without the authority of the Minister. These are the people that DEC should target and not villagers who have used cannabis as their leisure product for many years In fact many countries including the United States of America have decriminalised social use of cannabis because it has no lasting impact on the person or indeed the nation as compared to alcohol.
