Sat, 24 Feb 2018 10:55:13 +0000 Dear Editor, IS it sensible for a person of honourable status to waste time in Parliament on something he little understands or even fails to pronounce. We would like to advise those time wasters to leave Parliament now. Bemba Chiefs put it clearly that the idiom in its natural sense ‘uubomba mwibala alya mwibala’ does not encourage looting. But what surprised the listeners is a time waster bringing to Parliament a useless topic, not worth honourable’ attention in the August House. This is madness. Change Life Zambia.
