Sat, 25 Feb 2017 11:13:49 +0000 Taxis operate without licences in Lundazi During Christmas and New Year festivities, I was in Lundazi where I come from. I was amazed to find a police officer based at Lundazi police station operating fifteen saloon cars as private taxis. The same cars do not have RTSA registration (number plates). The cars pass through road blocks between Lundazi and Chipata with passengers with impunity. Both the police and RTSA are quiet. I challenge the IG and RTSA bosses to investigate the matter. Citizen
