Mr Kampyongo said Mr Hichilema was a desperate man who wanted to remain relevant to his political party by playing tactics. Speaking when he featured on the PF Interactive Forum in Lusaka yesterday, Mr Kampyongo said that Mr Hichilema was stearing the country into anarchy and his ministry would not sit back and watch this happening especially that President Edgar Lungu had been recognised as republican President by the United Nations.
