Mon, 22 Jan 2018 12:00:34 +0000 By KALOBWE BWALYA SOUTHERN Province minister Edify Hamukale yesterday sustained minor injuries, when his ministerial vehicle was involved in a road traffic accident after hitting a boy, 7 as he crossed the Great North road. Police spokesperson Esther Katongo said the pedestrian, a seven year old boy, Godbless Siachisamu of bridge park in Kalomo, sustained a deep cut on the fore head and is admitted to the district hospital. Ms Katongo who confirmed the accident said the minister has since been taken to Livingstone General hospital for further treatment. Ms Katongo explained that the accident occurred when the boy was crossing the road from the Western to Eastern direction and he was hit by the motor vehicle.
