Mon, 22 May 2017 13:30:25 +0000 By PRINCE CHIBAWAH A Lusaka City councillor says authorities are alarmed by the increasing number of pedestrians being hit and killed by vehicles in Kanyama constituency, particularly along the Kanyama, Los Angeles and Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula roads. Ward councillor Luckson Sakala explained that it was worrying that in most cases it was the young school-going children who were the victims. He said this on Saturday during the community road works which were being carried out on the same road using the funds contributed by the locals and the business community in the area.
