PF Luapula chairman Nickson Chilangwa explained that PF members were expected to operate by the rules and regulations set by the party in order for the party attract new members. He urged them to maximise their loyalty towards the party and President Edgar Lungu Mr Chilangwa said this in a meeting for all PF party structures in Kawambwa district. And Chilangwa directed PF officials and cadres to always put on party uniforms each time they were attending functions. Mr Mr Chilangwa, who is also Luapula Province Minister, said it was unacceptable for PF members to attend official events without party regalia.
