Sat, 27 Jan 2018 15:29:33 +0000 By PETER MALASHA PRESSURE is mounting to investigate Chibefwe ward Councillor Geshom Musonda and old Itala market committee in Mkushi over stall plots scam allocation which resulted into 16 stalls being unreceipted. Joining the band wagon is the Mkushi youths District Coordinating committee who have expressed disappointment and accused Mkushi District Council of failing to take action against the allegedly erring councillor to pave way for investigations. The youths said this in a press statement made available to the Daily Nation issued by their district coordinator Bright Mumba. Mr. Mumba among other things complained that the ADHOC committee was instituted by the local authority to investigate the stall plots activities where community members submitted their views but the findings were not known until it was reported in the media.
