PF Youth chairperson Kennedy Kamba said that transfers, retirements and reshuffles in the Civil Service would enhance the service delivery to the Zambian people. Mr Kamba told Sunday Nation that the reshuffles and realignments of the Civil Service clearly indicated that the President wanted to deliver development to the Zambian people. “We are aware that in the Civil Service most of them never voted for the President and when it comes to service delivery, they have continued to fight the PF government through underperforming,” Mr Kamba said. He said the youths in the party had been complaining that there was bad attitude towards work in the Civil Service whereby some civil servants wanted to derail service delivery by the government.
