Speaking when she officially opened the Maya Anglou American corner at the National Institute for Public Administration (NIPA) in Lusaka yesterday, Professor Luo said there was need for Zambian universities to enter into partnerships with prominent universities in the United States of America. She said Zambia had a lot to learn from the USA and the partnerships would help to change the mindset of students and lecturers to foster national development.
