Sat, 22 Oct 2016 10:46:00 +0000 THE ruling Patriotic Front (PF) in North Western Province has commended United Party for National Development (UPND) Manyinga Member of Parliament Robert Lihefu for coming out in the open that he wants to work with the government of the day if development is to be realised in his constituency. PF provincial chairperson Emmanuel Chihili said that the stance taken by Mr Lihefu was the right one as it was aimed at taking development in his constituency to higher levels.
