Mr Chihili said it was unfortunate that of all the provinces in Zambia, North Western was recording more corruption cases involving former leaders. His comment follows the arrest of former North Western provincial minister Dawson Kafwaya for abuse of office involving K30, 000. “It is very unfortunate to see that of all the provinces, we are having corruption cases involving former leaders. So, it is very important for those in authority not to indulge themselves in illicit activities,” he said. He said no one is above the law hence the need for office bearers to mindful of their dealings.
