Mr Banda said his office, working with PF Mandevu Member of Parliament Jean Kapata were working together to deliver on the promises made to the residents on the need to improve the road network in Garden and surrounding areas. He thanked the Government and President Edgar Lungu for responding to the call of residents on the need for the improvement of roads in Garden which for a long time have been impassable and non-existent. Mr Banda said what the ward had witnessed was unprecedented for some areas such as Kanele because the area lacked a proper road but would now have a bituminous road with drainages and streetlights.
