Mr Chingi said the road rehabilitation works which were being done by a local contractor Freca Mining and Manufacturing Company were progressing well and the people in the area had expressed satisfaction with the quality of works. He said in an interview in Ikelenge district that the road rehabilitation works were being done under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement. “As you can see, the contractor is working on the 106 kilometres Mwinilunga-Jimbe road. The construction works are progressing well.
