Gen Mihova attributed this to logistical and administrative problems. He was however happy that the challenges that the sports clubs faced were alleviated through support received from cooperating partners. The Army Commander said this in a speech read for him by the Zambia Army Deputy Commander and Chief of staff Major general Jackson Miti on Friday evening during the 2016 sport presentation awarding ceremony which held at Akarakan barracks banquet hall in Lusaka. “The year 2016 was not a good year in terms of sporting activities, because of a number of challenges that the Green Buffaloes Sports side faced.
