When he matter came up before Magistrate Brian Simachela for plea, Eugene Simubali pleaded not guilty to the two counts. In count one of this matter, it is alleged that Simubali trading as Eugine Beefs on dates unknown but between April 22 2017 and September 13 2017 in Lusaka, by false pretenses and dishonesty, did obtain for himself a pecuniary advantage namely a debt in the sum of K153, 637. 10 which he made himself liable to Capital Fisheries Limited and did evade such payment.
