In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court, the lodge claims that the club has neglected to pay K120, 420. 28 being the amount accrued for services rendered to it. “The Football club owes us K120, 420. 28 the amount accrued for services rendered for accommodation and meals at our lodge, “Despite repeated reminders, the football club has neglected and refused to settle the said amount,” it says. And now the lodge wants an order of payment of K120, 420. 28, interest, cost and any other relief the court may deem fit.
